This form is your official agreement for participation in Foundations & Freedom Core (Group). It outlines the structure of the program, expectations for participation, payment terms, and community guidelines.

Please read through each section carefully and sign at the end to confirm your understanding and agreement.

This space is built on trust, clarity, and mutual respect and this agreement is here to support that foundation.

Let’s begin.

This is a 12-month group coaching container.

Your enrollment includes:

• Two (2) live group coaching calls per month facilitated by Renee
• Access to the full Foundations & Freedom curriculum
• Access to the private community in Skool
• Access to program-related materials and resources

 Your enrollment does not include:

• Private 1:1 coaching sessions
• Signal or private, direct messaging access to Renee
• Individualized support outside of scheduled group calls

Your Investment:
$671 USD per month for twelve (12) consecutive months

By enrolling, you authorize automatic monthly payments via Stripe.

This is a 12-month commitment. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled early.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to curriculum and community until payments are brought current.

All payments are non-refundable.

Group calls are scheduled twice per month. If you are unable to attend a call:

• Calls may be recorded and shared inside the program platform.
• Recordings are available for a limited time during the program term.

There are no make-up sessions for missed group calls.

This is a shared container.

Please:

• Show up fully present in a quiet, private space with camera on
• Avoid driving, multitasking, or distractions during live calls
• Maintain confidentiality of what is shared by other participants
• Refrain from recording, screenshotting, or redistributing content

Respectful participation is required. If community guidelines are violated, removal from the program may occur without refund.

Everything shared within the group container is confidential. You agree not to disclose personal information shared by other participants outside the program.

Renee will maintain confidentiality unless legally required to disclose.

This is a safe space for honest exploration. If something feels off for you, please raise it so we can address it together. This relationship is designed to support open and conscious communication.

All materials, recordings, curriculum, The Somatic Freedom Method™, and teachings are the intellectual property of Renee Jayne and Que Sera Media, LLC.

They may not be copied, shared, distributed, or taught without written permission.

All materials are informational only and educationl in nature and are not medical or mental health advice. Coaching is a collaborative process that requires active participation.

Results vary based on many factors including personal commitment, effort, life circumstances, and individual implementation.

No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

By enrolling in this program, you agree to communicate directly with Renee Jayne Wellness at support@reneejayne.com to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your financial institution.

Submitting a chargeback after agreeing to this contract may be considered a breach of this agreement.

This agreement is entered into by Que Sera Media, LLC (d/b/a Renee Jayne), and is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
