    • Lodging and Transportation Cost Analysis & Suggestions
    • In addition to your booth fee, there are other associated costs that Cultural Survival does not cover (transportation, lodging, food, etc…)

Cultural Survival does not provide transportation between your hotel/lodging and the event locations.

      To factor in costs, consider:
      Meals
Eating in restaurants may cost about $30-60/day. With a kitchen/fridge and buying at the grocery store, it’s possible to minimize costs further.

      Transportation
Before reserving a place to stay, please use maps.google.com or Rome2rio.com to determine travel time to and from the venue. Some hotels are very close via public transit, and others are not. Taxis and Uber/Lyft cost anywhere from $10 to $35 per trip, depending on where you are traveling from.

      Lodging

The closest option is The Omni Providence Hotel, just a four-minute drive from the Farm Fresh Rhode Island. The Omni is about $135.00 USD per night. For more affordable options, vendors are encouraged to look into hostels in Providence, such as Michie Hostal (also check this link and this link too)

The Omni Providence Hotel, 1 W Exchange St, Providence, RI 02903

    • *For International Vendors Only*
    • Homestay Program

    • We will continue to seek homestays upon request. Availability will depend on the number of homestay hosts available.

    • If you answered yes to the question above, understand that homestay lodging is not guaranteed. Please be prepared to arrange and pay for lodging in the case you are without a homestay host. Note: Bazaar Vendor Coordinator Maya Lazzaro will reach out to you once you have been paired with a homestay host.
