  • Beginning July 31, 2026, Trolley Web will be transitioning all legacy hosting clients to our updated Website Hosting and Support plans. Many legacy hosting plans have not changed in nearly a decade. Website support has expanded significantly over the years and now includes security oversight, software maintenance, backups, CMS training, technical support, and ongoing guidance.

    Please select the support level that best fits your needs by June 30, 2026.

    If no selection is made by that date, your account will automatically transition to Website Hosting and Support Lite beginning July 31, 2026.

  • Website Hosting and Support plans are available with either monthly or annual billing.

    Clients who choose annual prepayment receive the equivalent of 2 months free each year. Monthly billing provides greater flexibility, while annual billing offers additional savings for clients who prefer to pay upfront.

  • I understand that beginning July 31, 2026, my account will transition to a Website Hosting and Support plan and monthly or annual billing.

    If I have prepaid annual hosting, the unused portion of my existing term will be prorated and applied as account credit toward future invoices.

    I understand that Website Hosting and Support Lite does not include content updates performed by Trolley Web, while Website Hosting and Support Standard includes 15 minutes per month of content updates performed by Trolley Web, and any unused update time does not roll over.

    I understand that additional work outside the scope of my selected plan will require approval before billable work begins.
