DJ SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between Rocstar Entertainment ("DJ") and the Client for professional DJ services.

2. SERVICES INCLUDED
DJ will provide music programming, standard sound equipment for one main performance area, setup prior to start time, operation during the event, and breakdown after completion.
3. PAYMENT
Total Fee: $
A non-refundable deposit of $100 secures the date. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days before the event.
Accepted Payments: Cash, Check, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle.
4. SETUP ACCESS
Client will provide venue access at least hours before start time for setup.

5. OVERTIME
Additional time beyond the agreed end time is billed at $165 per hour and must be approved at the event.
6. OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
The base service includes one main sound system only. Additional services must be selected below if desired.

7. CANCELLATION
Cancellation within thirty (30) days of the event requires full payment. Deposits are non-refundable.
8. LIABILITY
Client is responsible for safe working conditions and any damage caused to DJ equipment by guests. DJ does not carry separate event liability insurance.
