Fuel Dealer/Distributor - Terms & Conditions

• Initial order is a $5,000.00 minimum (all products).

• Must be a stocking dealer with a physical business location (no residential businesses)

• We sell only to legitimate businesses with a physical location (licensed, open to the public during normal business hours, serving the public in sales, service, or parts/accessories)

• Tax Exempt Form and Dedicated Business Phone required.• Payment Method: All orders must be paid at time of purchase. ACH or bank transfer. Credits accepted with an additional 3% fee based on order total

• We reserve the right to refuse any account

• Ordering, pricing, returns, shipment claims, and delivery/freight details apply as per company policy.Please review these requirements before submitting your application

Torco will provide a dealer packet that includes: Product line cards, dealer window decal and stickers with your first order.
