The theme of this storytelling event is "Third Culture Kids". A third culture kid is someone who spends a significant part of their childhood living in a country different from their parents’ country of origin, and as a result develops a blended cultural identity that is not fully tied to any single place. If this sounds like you, we're excited to hear what story you want to share! Please complete the following interest form by March 29th to be considered for the Wonderlust Story Event. Six stories will be selected to be performed at this event on April 18th. All storytelelrs will be compensated $200 for participating.

    1. Where Are You Really From?
Tell us about a moment when someone asked you where you’re from — and the answer you gave (or wish you had given).

    2. The Goodbye You Still Carry
Third culture kids often become experts at leaving. Share a story about a goodbye that shaped you — one that still lives in your body.

    3. The Version of Me That Lives There
Who are you in each country you’ve lived in? Tell us about a moment when you felt like a different version of yourself depending on where you were.

    4. Returning “Home”
Describe a time you returned to your passport country and it didn’t feel like home — or when it suddenly did.

    5. Language Between Us
Share a story about language — losing it, translating it, dreaming in it, or not having the right words at all.

    6. A Ritual That Traveled With Me
What tradition, habit, food, or phrase followed you across borders? Share a story about the thing that stayed constant while everything else changed.
