WestFit Membership Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
To cancel your membership, you must submit thisĀ online form.
- No Phone Cancellations: For your security and ours, we cannot accept cancellations over the phone.
- Good Standing: Your account must be paid in full (no outstanding balances) before you can submit this request.
30-Day Notice & Final Bill
All memberships require a 30-day notice to cancel. Your final payment will be on the 1st of the month after you submit this form.
- Example: If you submit this form on January 15th, your final bill is February 1st.
- Note: You will have full access to the club until the end of that final month.
Contract Requirements
- Term Completion: You must complete the full term of your original agreement.
- Early Termination: If you cancel before your contract ends, you must pay the remaining monthly dues OR a maximum buyout fee of $350.00. This must be paid in full at the time of cancellation.
Special Rights to Cancel (No Fees)
You may cancel without the standard buyout fees for the following two reasons:
- Medical: If a doctor provides written orders stating you cannot physically use the club for more than three (3) months.
- Moving: If you move more than 25 miles away from WestFit. Proof of your new residence is required.
