All NutraKis, Inc. : The Resolve Solution training courses are FREE and are open to anyone who is not a NutraKis Independent Distributor.

I agree to:

1. Represent the Company professionally: Always conduct myself in a professional and ethical manner that aligns with NutraKis values and standards.

2. Use approved materials: Only use company-approved materials, presentations, and resources. I will not create or distribute any unapproved marketing content.

3. Adhere to compliance: Strictly follow all company policies, procedures and legal guidelines, including those related to income claims, product claims, and recruiting practices.

4. Uphold brand Integrity: Protect NutraKis, The Resolve Solution and its subsidiary brands and not associate with any unapproved promotions, products or events.

5. Focus on helping my downline: Concentrate on providing integrity based information and help nor use my position for personal recruitment within other downlines.

6. Confidentiality: Keeping all propriatory company information, including new product launches, and training developments, confidential.

7. Attend ongoing training: Participate in regular continuing education and recertification programs as required to maintain the highest standards of good business practices.

8. Acknowledge at-will status: Understand that my independent distributor status can be revoked at any time failure to adhere to this agreement or for any reason deemed appropriate by the company.
