• Deposit & Booking Policy – Organic Girls LA

  • To officially secure your event date with Organic Girls LA, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your event is not confirmed and your date is not guaranteed until the deposit has been successfully received. All bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and dates remain available to other clients until payment is completed.The remaining balance will be due prior to the event date as outlined in your invoice. Final payment deadlines will be clearly stated, and failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services. The 15% deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, as it covers administrative time, planning, scheduling, staffing coordination, and preparation associated with reserving your event.All payments must be submitted through an official invoice sent directly by Organic Girls LA or through our secure online payment form. We do not accept verbal confirmations, screenshots, or third-party payment transfers outside of our approved systems.By submitting your deposit payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Deposit & Booking Policy.
