• Greenbuild Mandatory Exhibitor Greening Guidelines

    (GMEGG) Exhibitors Only
  • Join us in making Greenbuild more environmentally responsible!

At Greenbuild, sustainability isn’t just a theme — it’s part of everything we do, including how we exhibit. That's where the Greenbuild Mandatory Exhibitor Greening Guidelines (GMEGG) come in.

As an exhibitor, you play one of the most important key roles in helping us reduce the event’s environmental impact. As a partner in this event, we ask that you complete an important short survey covering areas such as booth materials, shipping, lighting, and transportation.

As an Informa event, Greenbuild also conducts a Better Stands audit, uniting the industry to adopt reusable stands, ensuring smarter, safer and more sustainable solutions globally. We’ll send reminders to help you stay on track of this mandatory survey. Please work with your colleagues to submit GMEGG only once per booth space.

    Thank you for your support.

Please note: Once you submit your survey, you will have access to a PDF copy of the survey with your answers and your Green Exhibitor score. Your score and your answers to Section 6 will be reviewed for the Green Exhibitor Awards. Your completed survey automatically enters you into the Green Exhibitor Awards competition. Winners will be announced on-site.

  • U.S GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL TRAINING MODULE

  • Before completing the GMEGG, please make sure you have completed the USBGC Greenbuild Exhibitor Training.

This course supports sustainability strategies as an exhibitor with the Greenbuild Mandatory Exhibitor Green Guidelines (GMEGG), the required sustainability initiative to be completed prior to arriving on-site at Greenbuild. It will set exhibitors up for success and help them meet the requirements and be a partner in Greenbuild’s sustainability goals.  While the GMEGG survey is intended for the exhibitor lead, this module helps exhibitor train their booth staff and spread the word on zero waste program.
