• 18-24 year old paid interns for Summer Arts Employment Training (SAET) Program

    If you are age 18-24 years old and are a full year out of high school, you are eligible to apply to be a paid Intern, supporting Detroit high school students (ages 14–17) interested in arts and employment training through Grow Detroit's Young Talent (GDYT). This program, presented by lead agency Heritage Works in partnership with Detroit Excellence in Youth Arts (DEYA), provides summer arts jobs for Detroit residents.

    1. Contacted to confirm, provide more information and/or possibly attend an interview.

    2. Need to apply to Grow Detroit Young Talent (Part 1) and to provide the required enrollment paperwork (Part 2)

    3. Complete the HW survey form. This form will be forwarded once you are complete GDYT enrollment, and

    4. Attend a mandatory 3-day pre-training before being considered for a summer arts job.
