Missouri Manufactured Housing Association 2026 Annual Convention

Please mark your calendars this year for May 5th & 6th, 2026 for the MMHA Annual Conven-tion. This year will take place at Camden on the Lake Resort. We’ve got an exciting schedule with never before events like a private concert on the outdoor stage at H. Toads by I-70 Over-drive and a 4 hour lake barhop where we’ll hit a few favorite local hangouts on our private water taxi. Save your spot in the form below! You won’t want to miss it!

This year’s golf tournament will take place at The Cove, a course designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones, Sr. This 18-hole, par-71 championship course challenges guests with its rolling greens, 65 bunkers, and our signature hole 4. Playing to a yardage of 6557, this par 71 layout features undulating fairways, challenging green sites, and breathtaking views of the Lake.

What is the MMH PAC?

The Missouri Manufactured Housing Political Action Commit-tee (MMH PAC) raises and contributes funds to legislative candidates who support our industry. Candidates who receive MMH PAC contributions aid us in breaking down regulatory and financing barriers in Washington and Jefferson City.

The MMH PAC provides an opportunity for all of us to participate in a cohesive effort to elect supportive leaders. This collective effort helps ensure the future growth of our industry. Every dollar you contribute to the MMH PAC goes directly to targeted legislative candidates with zero admin costs. The results can be huge compared to the few dollars spent. Let your voice be heard!

MMH PAC members are manufactured and modular home builders, retailers, suppliers, lenders, insurers, manufactured home community operators, installers, and transporters. In other words, the PAC is all of us.

This year, the MMH PAC will host a silent auction as part of MMHA’s Annual Meeting & Convention at Camden on the Lake Resort. Members are being asked to donate items or services to be auctioned at the event to help raise much-needed funds for the PAC’s support of pro-industry candidates.

**This year, MMHA has introduced House Bill 3230, sponsored by Representative Bill Hardwick. This zoning legislation is designed to prevent the discrimination of manufactured housing in the State of Missouri. See the details of the bill HERE. We utilized our recent open house at the Capitol to educate lawmakers and increase awareness about how our industry can help solve the affordable home crisis in Missouri. However, none of this comes free. We need your help to keep the pressure on and promote the fair and equitable treatment of manufactured housing at the State level. **

For those members attending the general sessions and elections, please designate the person who will be the voting delegate from your business. This person must be a current owner or employee of the business. This person will receive a ballot and will be the only person that can vote on behalf of your business. All member businesses must be in good standing to receive a voting ballot.
