    Company: Zingy Line International Trading Corporation


    1. Warranty Coverage
    Zingy Line International Trading Corporation warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation conditions during the applicable warranty period.

    This warranty applies only to products officially distributed and sold by the Company or its authorized dealers.

    The warranty period starts from the original date of purchase indicated on the official delivery receipt or invoice.


    2. Warranty Period
    Unless otherwise stated:

    LED & HID Products – 1 Year Limited Warranty
    Dashcams – 1 Year Limited Warranty.


    3. Warranty Registration Requirement
    To activate the warranty, the customer must:

    Register the product within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
    Complete the official Warranty Registration Form.
    Upload a clear copy of the official receipt or invoice.
    Provide accurate product details including model and serial number.
    Failure to register within the required period may result in denial of warranty claims.


    4. What is Covered
    This warranty covers:

    Factory defects
    Internal electrical failure not caused by misuse
    Malfunction due to defective components
    Product failure under normal operating conditions
    If verified as a manufacturing defect, the Company may:

    Repair the unit, OR
    Replace the defective unit, OR
    Provide a replacement of equivalent model
    The decision shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.


    5. What is NOT Covered
    The warranty does NOT cover:

    Physical damage (cracks, broken housing, impact damage)
    Water damage or moisture exposure (unless product is officially rated waterproof)
    Burnt components caused by improper wiring
    Incorrect installation
    Use of incompatible voltage or accessories
    Tampered or opened units
    Removed or altered serial numbers
    Normal wear and tear
    Cosmetic damage
    Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or misuse
    Damage due to power surges
    Labor charges for removal or reinstallation
    Products installed in open areas without proper protection that result in water or environmental damage are not covered.


    6. Warranty Void Conditions
    Warranty becomes void if:

    Serial number sticker is removed or unreadable
    Unit has been opened or modified
    Product shows signs of forced repair by unauthorized technician
    Improper installation is evident
    Customer fails to present official receipt
    Warranty registration was not completed within required timeframe

    7. Claim Process
    To file a warranty claim:

    Submit a warranty request through the official portal.
    Provide photos or videos showing the issue.
    Present the original receipt.
    Wait for evaluation by the technical team.
    Processing time may take 3–10 working days depending on evaluation requirements.

    The customer may be required to ship the defective unit to the designated service center.

    Shipping costs may be shouldered by the customer unless otherwise approved.


    8. Replacement Policy
    Replacement units may be:

    Brand new unit, OR
    Factory refurbished unit, OR
    Equivalent model if original model is no longer available
    Warranty does not restart upon replacement. The remaining original warranty period shall apply.


    9. Limitation of Liability
    The Company shall not be liable for:

    Vehicle damage
    Labor charges
    Installation fees
    Loss of income
    Inconvenience
    Towing fees
    Indirect or incidental damages
    The maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.


    10. Installation Responsibility
    Proper installation is required to maintain warranty validity.

    The Company strongly recommends installation by professional or authorized installers.

    Damage caused by incorrect wiring, wrong polarity connection, or improper mounting voids warranty.


    11. Data Privacy
    By registering the product, the customer agrees that provided information may be collected and stored for warranty verification, support, and internal record purposes only.

    Customer data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.


    12. Transferability
    Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.


    13. Amendments
    The Company reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. The version posted on the official website shall prevail.


    14. Agreement
    By submitting the warranty registration form, the customer confirms that:

    All information provided is true and accurate.
    The customer has read and understood these terms.
    The customer agrees to all warranty conditions stated above.

    Warranty is valid only if the product is used under normal automotive conditions and not for commercial racing, high-heat competition environments, or extreme modifications.
