By signing below, the Client agrees to the following terms for the Focused Brand Session:
The Focused Brand Session is a streamlined branding experience designed to create intentional, professional imagery within a structured timeframe.
The session includes up to 40 minutes of photography at one designated location. Time begins at the scheduled start time. Any delay in arrival or extended preparation time will be deducted from the session length.
This session includes eight (8) professionally edited images selected from a proofing gallery. Additional images may be purchased separately. Raw, unedited files are not delivered.
Sessions are non refundable. Focused Branding Sessions are date specific and may not be rescheduled at any time. If you are running late or need to reschedule, your session payment will act as a deposit towards a full branding session.
The Photographer will provide guided direction throughout the session. While input and preferences are welcomed, final creative decisions, image selection, and editing style remain at the Photographer’s discretion.
The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images created.
The Client is granted a non-transferable license to use the delivered images for personal brand promotion, website use, social media, marketing materials, and professional platforms. Images may not be altered beyond basic cropping or resizing without written consent. Commercial resale or transfer of usage rights to third parties is not permitted.
The Client grants the Photographer permission to use selected images for portfolio display, website, social media, printed materials, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the session.
The Photographer is not responsible for missed opportunities due to late arrival, wardrobe delays, or factors beyond reasonable control.
Liability is limited to the total amount paid under this agreement.
