Vendor Agreement Checklist
By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Licensing Requirements – You must have a valid TPT license with city of Queen Creek added on. All hot food being served MUST obtain a Maricopa Food Permit.
Insurance Requirements - VENDORS MUST HAVE GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR THEIR BUISNESS AND BE WILLING TO PROVIDE IT TO EVENT COORDINATOR UPON REQUEST.
Booth Setup – You are responsible for providing your own set up including tables, chairs, banners, displays, and any other necessary items. Please be aware this event is outside on the grass in front of the barn. Umbrellas only please NO canopies.
Non-Refundable Vendor Fee – Your vendor fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Refunds or credits will only be issued if the event is canceled, rescheduled or if the venue cancels.
Foot Traffic & Sales – We are not responsible for foot traffic or individual sales. While we put significant effort into marketing, sales are not guaranteed.
Social Media Promotion – Vendors are required to post about the event on social media. Social media engagement is monitored and will impact future participation in our market.
Vendor load in/load out - you will load and unload as you arrive and be ready by 7pm. BRING A WAGON to make this process easier for you. Instructions will be given week of event.
APPROVALS WILL BE SENT OUT VIA EMAIL. If you do not hear back we are full on categories and hope to see you in the future!
