Agreement
By signing below, the Client acknowledges that this is a scheduled Mini Session Day with back-to-back time slots and agrees to the following:
Mini sessions are strictly limited to the time booked (20–40 minutes depending on package). Sessions run consecutively throughout the day. If the Client arrives late, requires additional time for outfit changes, or has not completed hair and makeup prior to arrival, that time will be deducted from the scheduled session time. The session will end at the originally scheduled time regardless of late arrival.
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve a mini session slot. Due to the limited and pre-scheduled nature of Mini Session Days, rescheduling may not be possible. If the Client cancels, the retainer is forfeited.
Each package includes a specific number of edited images. Additional images may be purchased separately. Raw images are not delivered.
Final image selection and editing style are at the Photographer’s discretion. No specific poses, props, or results are guaranteed.
The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images. The Client is granted a personal-use license for social media and personal use. Images may not be altered beyond cropping without written permission.
The Client grants the Photographer permission to use the images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing before the session date.
