Subscription Pricing and Modifications. Subscription rates are subject to change at the discretion of Coastal Green Horizon Ltd. At least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of any price adjustment will be provided. Continued use of services after the effective date of the price change constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
1. Services

Coastal Green Horizon agrees to provide the above-indicated subscription service. Service frequency and scope may be adjusted due to weather, road access, safety conditions, or operational needs.

Included with Subscription Services:
- Removal of manageable amounts of compostable yard waste (e.g., leaves, palm debris)
- Other recyclable materials may be accepted (e.g. cardboard, glass bottles) - check with us for availability
Other services that are offered (e.g. additional one-time pick-ups or collection/removal, or as-needed coconut & tree management) are subject to the terms of this agreement, but will incur a separate additional fee.

No household garbage or non-organic waste accepted.
2. Payment Terms

Client agrees to maintain one of the following payment methods:

3. Term & Cancellation

Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice.

Subscription Pause. Subscriber may request to pause services with at least seven (7) days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Pauses must be for a minimum of one (1) full billing cycle and may not exceed three (3) consecutive billing cycles. Services and billing will automatically resume at the end of the pause period unless Subscriber provides written cancellation notice.

Outstanding balances must be paid prior to subscription pause or cancellation.
4. Property Access & Materials

Client agrees to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to service areas
• Place materials in designated pickup location (if pickup subscription)
• Limit materials to approved organic or agreed-upon waste

Coastal Green Horizon reserves the right to refuse hazardous, non-organic, contaminated, or prohibited materials.
5. Limitation of Liability

Coastal Green Horizon shall not be liable for:

• Damage resulting from improper material placement
• Pre-existing property conditions
• Weather-related delays
• Events beyond reasonable control

Client agrees to hold Coastal Green Horizon harmless from claims arising from unsafe property conditions or unauthorized materials.
6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties and supersedes prior discussions.
