A 'Subscriber' is any licensed real estate agent, appraiser, or unlicensed assistant in the Participants office or firm.

  • Annual subscription fees are invoiced on March 1st and cover the billing period from April 1st through March 31st of the following year. Refunds for annual fees are strictly limited, and only available to Subscribers who have held membership for a minimum of 90 consecutive days. Full refunds may be issued only if an audit confirms that you did not log in to the MLS system during the month of April. If you logged in during April, you are only eligible for a prorated refund covering the remaining 11 months of the billing cycle. Termination requests received after April 30th are not eligible for a refund.

  • If you terminate your MLS membership and later request reactivation 91 days or more after your termination date, you will be required to:

    1. Pay a $1,000 reactivation fee, and
    2. Pay any unpaid balance that existed at the time your membership was terminated

    Reactivation does not reset or prorate previously invoiced subscription fees. Any outstanding annual fees, late fees, or other charges due at the time of termination remain payable, regardless of how much time has passed.
