If you terminate your MLS membership and later request reactivation 91 days or more after your termination date, you will be required to:
- Pay a $1,000 reactivation fee, and
- Pay any unpaid balance that existed at the time your membership was terminated
Reactivation does not reset or prorate previously invoiced subscription fees. Any outstanding annual fees, late fees, or other charges due at the time of termination remain payable, regardless of how much time has passed.
