Help Joe Flip the 5th! Join us to help us get Joe on the ballot this spring! You will share the news about Joe while uniting with Democrats in your neighborhood.

Please note: You must have been registered as a Democrat in El Paso County by February 9th to participate in the caucus for Joe. Precinct Caucuses take place across the county from March 3–5, 2026. Your exact date, time, and location depend on where you live.

The Assembly (for elected Delegates from the Precinct Caucus only) will take place on March 14th, 2026, from 8 AM to 3 PM — this is where you nominate candidates for Congress. Assembly is where your precinct’s voice becomes part of the countywide decisions, who makes the ballot, which ideas move forward, and how El Paso County shows up in the statewide process. Delegates will be provided with the location once elected. Then the State Assembly meets on Saturday, March 28, in Pueblo.
