Editorial Brand Shoot Agreement — Discovery Session Proposal & Production Terms
This agreement outlines the scope, package structure, and production terms for your editorial brand shoot aligned with your book release and executive brand positioning.
1. Project Scope
This agreement outlines the creative direction, production, and delivery of an editorial brand shoot aligned with the Client’s book release and executive branding objectives. Services include on-site photography, guided posing, environmental portrait capture, and professional retouching consistent with the selected package.
2. Package Selection
Tier I — Editorial Essentials (Starting at $930)
- Up to 1.5 hours on-site production
- Up to 2 scenes/environments
- Wardrobe changes as time permits
- 8 professionally retouched images
- Standard editorial color grading
- Web and press usage rights
Tier II — Authority Editorial Collection (Starting at $1,750)
- Up to 3 hours on-site production
- Up to 3 scenes/environments
- Wardrobe changes within session timeframe
- 15 professionally retouched images
- Cohesive editorial color grading
- Marketing and promotional usage rights
Tier III — Executive Legacy Campaign (Starting at $2,950)
- Up to 5 hours on-site production
- Multiple environments and executive-style portraits
- Wardrobe changes as feasible within production time
- 25 professionally retouched images
- Advanced editorial retouching and tonal matching
- Full publishing, PR, and marketing usage rights
3. Add-On Services
- Additional retouched images: $25 per image
- Additional production time: $200 per hour
- Cinematic video portrait add-on: $900
4. Payment Terms
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the session date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the scheduled production date. No final images will be delivered until full payment has been received.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
The retainer is non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 72 hours notice, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may require a new retainer.
6. Creative Direction & Usage
The Producer retains creative control and copyright over all images produced, granting usage rights as noted in the selected package.
Session dates are officially reserved once the agreement is accepted and the retainer payment is completed.
