    Please complete this form to tell us about who you are and what you can bring to the Sparkle Weekend 2026!

    • This is an expression of interest form. We cannot guarantee everyone a stall.
    • We will be in touch within 14 days of you completing this form.
    • Payment tiers are based on your organisation's income and size.
    • Please note, this is not the form for creative stalls in the Positivity Zone. You can find this form HERE

  • Can you bring your own gazebo?*

  • We please ask organisations to bring their own gazebo if they are able to. This significantly reduces our infrastructure costs.

    If you need a gazebo to be provided for you, this will incur a charge of £77 +VAT.

    If you are a larger organisation who is able to bring an additional gazebo for a smaller organisation, please let us know.

    Our public sector / large business clients are asked to consider sponsorship options when attending the Sparkle Weekend, to commit to a sustainable future for our organisation and community.   • The Sparkle Guide is a 64 page guide book, with information about the Sparkle Weekend, our charity, community content, adverts, our sponsors and supporters.

    In 2024, we distributed 3,000 physical copies of the Sparkle Guide, in addition to 50 in accessible large print. The online guide recevied 68,961 views, and 26,983 downloads to mobile phones. This more than doubled compared to 2023.
