2026 Ohio ACEP Poster Abstract Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2026 Ohio ACEP Poster Competition. This year’s competition will be 100% virtual. We will be using a showcase portal on the PheedLoop platform. Complete this form and upload your abstract for consideration. Poster entrants must be members of ACEP/Ohio ACEP and should register to attend the August 12 event. The submission deadline is June 11, 2026. Incomplete submissions will not be considered. Authors will be notified if their abstract was accepted for presentation by the end of June. Upon acceptance to the competition all poster presenters will be provided instructions and asked to upload to the PheedLoop platform the abstract, a PDF of the poster and a 2-3-minute MP4 recording of you presenting your poster and highlighting key findings, data and results to further support your virtual poster.
