26-27 Field Trip Matinee Request Form

Thank you for supporting Lexington Children's Theatre! This form is for requesting a Field Trip Matinee Performance for the 2026-2027 Season of Shows.

Please Note: This form must be completed and submitted at least two weeks prior to your requested performance date. 

You may request dates for one production with this form. If you would like to inquire about more than one production, you will need to fill out an additional form for each production.

If you are inquiring about a last-minute reservation (under two weeks to show date), please contact boxoffice@lctonstage.org or phone 859.254.4546 x 245. Cancellations and changes do sometimes occur, and we welcome you to reach out any time.

Please submit this form only if you are ready to finalize a reservation. Any general inquiries can be made by emailing the address above.

We update our availability on this page regularly, sometimes multiple times a day - as each booking is confirmed. Please be sure to check the notes in your approval email, as it will specify which date preference your group was approved for.

This number should include all attendees, coming with the school including teachers, chaperones, bus drivers, etc.

If the school will not be handling parent chaperone money, then do not include them in this total, as they will need to book their seats separately through our Box Office at 859-254-4546. Please note: seats booked separately are billed at $15.00, not the discounted school booking rate of $10.00.

Please note that any parents/chaperones that would like to attend will need to contact our Box Office to reserve their seats as early as possible. Tickets booked individually cost $15.00. First priority for seating is given to school groups. We can not guarantee that tickets are available for walk-up purchases. 

Once this form is received we will process the request and let you know as soon as possible which of your preferences has availability or if we need to find more options for you. If we are unable to make a reservation for your group due to limited availability then nothing more is required from you regarding that request submission and the request is void. However, once we confirm availability of a performance for your group, and you receive your invoice, you are responsible for the reservation. Any changes to the invoice/reservation must be requested by the deadlines outlined in the cancellation policy. If you have not heard from us after 3 business days from submission, please feel free to contact us at boxoffice@lctonstage.org. Please do not submit multiple requests for the same show or call to make a request after your online submission as this will delay the reservation process.
