  • Thank you for supporting Lexington Children's Theatre! This form is for requesting a Field Trip Matinee Performance for the 2026-2027 Season of Shows.

    Please Note: This form must be completed and submitted at least two weeks prior to your requested performance date. 

    You may request dates for one production with this form. If you would like to inquire about more than one production, you will need to fill out an additional form for each production.

    If you are inquiring about a last-minute reservation (under two weeks to show date), please contact boxoffice@lctonstage.org or phone 859.254.4546 x 245. Cancellations and changes do sometimes occur, and we welcome you to reach out any time.

  • * This number should include all attendees requesting a seat including teachers, chaperones, aides, bus drivers, etc.

    Parent chaperone tickets booked with the school are $11.00 and need to be included in your above total.

    Parent chaperone tickets added after this initial reservation are $15.00 and must be reserved through LCT. We will provide a link for your chaperones to pay and book online, if you check the box below indicating that you authorize parent chaperones to attend and pay seperately.

  • CHAPERONES: Do you authorize parent chaperones to book and pay separately with a link provided by LCT?*
  • Chaperones that would like to attend will need to reserve their seats as early as possible. LCT will reserve a block of seating for chaperones and provide a link to teachers to share only when the above CHAPERONES box is marked 'Yes'.

    First priority for seating is given to school groups. We can not guarantee that tickets are available for parent chaperones. Please contact the Box Office at 859-254-4546 x 245 with any questions.

  • How will your group be arriving to the theatre?*
  • Do any attendees require floor seating (e.g. wheelchair/walker accessible, no stairs)?*
  • To help us recommend the appropriate arrival time and dismissal for your group - Do you anticipate a large portion of your party to need access to restrooms:
  • Would you be interested in a post-show workshop? A workshop will be 45 minutes, focusing on the three actor tools (body, voice, imagination). Students will use their bodies, voices, and imaginations to explore how theatremakers use these tools to bring a story from the page to the stage. We adjust the content and activities based on how many students we have, grade level, and of course the show itself. The cost is $3 per student for 20-60 students.*
  • Once this form is received we will process the request and let you know as soon as possible which of your preferences has availability or if we need to find more options for you. If we are unable to make a reservation for your group due to limited availability then nothing more is required from you regarding that request submission and the request is void. However, once we confirm availability of a performance for your group, and you receive your invoice, you are responsible for the reservation. Any changes to the invoice/reservation must be requested by the deadlines outlined in the cancellation policy. If you have not heard from us after 3 business days from submission, please feel free to contact us at boxoffice@lctonstage.org. Please do not submit multiple requests for the same show or call to make a request after your online submission as this will delay the reservation process.
