Once your form is submitted, we will review it carefully and follow up with a phone interview. We take great pride in placing our puppies in loving, well-matched homes, and this process helps ensure the best fit for both your family and ours.If we feel you may be a good match and you feel confident moving forward with us, we will continue to the next step. After a successful phone interview and approval, you will receive payment details. At that time, you will have 24 hours to complete payment to secure your puppy.Please note: if payment is not received within that timeframe, the puppy will remain available to other families.We deeply value the responsibility of placing our puppies and approach every adoption with care, intention, and love.

  • WARRANTY WAIVER & AS-IS PUPPY PURCHASE AGREEMENT. Legal and binding contract between Pricelesspups and new owner listed. 


    This Warranty Waiver & As-Is Puppy Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Priceless Pups (“Seller”) and the undersigned Purchaser (“Buyer”). Buyer is voluntarily selecting the discounted no-warranty option for the purchase of this puppy in the amount of $2000.00 cash price. All puppies must be picked up locally in Tacoma Washington. No delivery options. 

     
    Buyer understands and agrees that by selecting this option, the puppy is being sold AS-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and without any express or implied warranties or guarantees of any kind. Seller provides no health warranty, no genetic guarantee, no congenital defect coverage, no parasite guarantee, no replacement guarantee, and no reimbursement of veterinary expenses. Seller will not cover any medical costs under any circumstances after transfer of possession.

     
    At the time of transfer, the puppy will have received two (2) age-appropriate vaccinations, routine deworming, preventative flea treatment (Revolution), and a licensed veterinarian wellness examination. Shot records and a copy of the veterinary wellness exam will be provided. These items reflect the puppy’s condition at the time of transfer only and do not constitute any form of warranty.

     
    Buyer understands that Giardia and Coccidia are common intestinal parasites in young puppies due to environmental exposure and developing immune systems. Seller follows routine preventative and treatment protocols; however, no parasite-free guarantee is made. Buyer acknowledges that fecal testing, additional diagnostics, and any future treatment after transfer are solely the responsibility of Buyer.

     
    Upon transfer of the puppy, all responsibility immediately and permanently transfers to Buyer. Buyer assumes full financial responsibility for all veterinary care, vaccinations, fecal testing, preventative care, illness treatment, emergency care, medications, and any other medical or non-medical expenses.

    Final Terms, Non-Refundable Purchase & Release of Liability

    Non-Refundable Purchase:
    Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the purchase of this puppy is final and non-refundable. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to a change of mind or any personal reason, shall any refund, in whole or in part, be issued.

    Assumption of Responsibility:
    Buyer understands and agrees that upon transfer of the puppy, all responsibility for the care, health, well-being, and maintenance of the puppy immediately and exclusively transfers to the Buyer.

    Release of Liability:
    Buyer hereby releases, waives, and discharges Stefanie Bailey and Alex Bailey, doing business as Priceless Pups, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to the puppy after the date and time of transfer to the Buyer, as documented in this Agreement.

    Acknowledgment:
    By signing below, Buyer affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated above and acknowledges that this Agreement is binding and enforceable.
