    🕙 Festival Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rain or Shine)

    EVENT SCHEDULE

    Move-In / Setup:

    • Tuesday, May 26, 2026 | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

    • Wednesday, May 27, 2026 | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

    Vendors will be assigned a setup day.

    Festival Dates:

    • Thursday–Saturday, May 28–30, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    Move-Out:

    • Sunday, May 31, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved.

    CRAFT / RETAIL VENDOR APPLICATION & CONTRACT

    âš  Food vendors are NOT permitted with this application.

    BOOTH INFORMATION & FEES

    • Booth Size: 12 ft x 12 ft (Indoor Booth)

    • Booth Fee: $350 per booth

    -$10 off per booked referred vendor up to $50. Vendor must put who they were referred by

    on the application. Must be booked after your booking.
    -- $300 special for 12x12 offered until March 31st. 

    • Double Booth: (12ft x 20ft ) - $500.

    âš  Additional booth spaces over two (2) cannot be guaranteed placement.

     

    Electric is NOT included unless purchased. Cost is $90 plus tax advance rate. If requested within 15 days

    of the event rate is $150 plus tax. This is a direct cost.

    APPLICATION APPROVAL

    Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

    All applications are reviewed and approved at the discretion of the event committee.

    PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

    • Payment is due upon acceptance of application. (Form will be submitted separately)

    • NO refunds will be issued for vendor cancellation.

    • This is a Rain or Shine event.No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather, natural disasters, acts of God, civil or

    military disturbances, pandemics, epidemics, or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control

    of the festival that require cancellation.

    WHAT IS PROVIDED

    • One (1) 12 ft x 12 ft booth space

    • Vendor parking pass (1 per vendor)

    • Four (4) vendor passes

    • On-site security and EMS

    • Participant packet at check-in

    âš  Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, displays, shelving, extension cords, and any

    additional setup materials.

    SETUP, OPERATION & BREAKDOWN RULES

    • All booths must be fully set up by 8:00 AM on Thursday, May 28

    • Vendors must be in booths and ready by 9:30 AM daily

    • Vendors must operate for the entire duration of the event. No Breakdown prior to Move Out

    Day.

    • Early breakdown or closing is STRICTLY PROHIBITED

    • Vehicles are not permitted in the festival area during operating hours

    • Move-out is permitted Sunday, May 31 only (8 AM–8 PM)

    VENDOR RULES & REGULATIONS

    • Only approved craft/retail items may be sold. Vendors may be businesses of all sorts. *Everyone is subject to approval. Companies promoting their businesses are welcome.

    • Items must be family-friendly and in good taste

    • Vendors must remain within assigned booth space

    • Booth sharing requires prior written approval

    • Vendors may not sell, transfer, or give booths to others

    • Vendors must staff their own booths at all times

    • Vendors are responsible for trash removal in designated areas

    • NO animals allowed except service animals

    • No damage to venue, fencing, signage, or property

    • Violations may result in immediate removal without refundPARKING

    • One (1) vendor parking pass issued per vendor

    • Parking pass must be displayed at all times

    • Additional vehicles must be parked off-site

    PROMOTION & GIVEAWAYS

    • Vendors may be featured in social media promotions

    • By applying, vendors grant permission to use images, logos, and products for marketing

    • Vendors are encouraged (not required) to donate items for giveaways

    TAXES, LIABILITY & HOLD HARMLESS

    • Vendors are solely responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes and licensing

    • Vendors agree not to hold liable:

    The LeConte Center, City of Pigeon Forge, Pink Ghost Productions,

    Feels Like Summer Fest, Michaellien Ginter, or Elevated Escapes Cabins LLC

    • The festival is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury

    Giving Back

    We will be giving back a portion of our proceeds to Pigeon Forge Schools, Connect Church, and

    Isaiah House 117.
