Media Release
I hereby give ourHOME the right and permission to publish, distribute and/or use photographs/video/audio of me (or my dependent), and to use these in print and digital materials, including but not limited to:
- Website and social media
- Newsletters and emails
- Press releases, flyers, and promotional materials
- Reports to donors, funders, and community partners
I understand that:
- My full name may be published on the internet and in publications authorized by ourHOME
- My participation is voluntary and I may withdraw consent at any time by notifying ourHOME in writing.
- My image or voice may be edited, copied, exhibited, published and/or distributed.
- I waive any right to inspect and/or approve the finished product and release ourHOME from any liability by virtue of distortion by processing.
- I will not receive compensation for ourHOME's use of these materials.
- ourHOME will never sell or misuse my image, likeness, or story.
