MBCT Box Office Manager Application

The MBCT Box Office Manager (BOM) manages all box office operations for the Barn, including ticket sales (online and in person), concessions, and patron services, maintains accurate sales records, concession inventory, handles cash and credit transactions, and reconciles nightly receipts. The BOM is responsible for maintaining inventory and restocking the concessions as needed in cooperation with the Production Chair. The BOM also coordinates with show producers to ensure smooth performance operations while providing excellent customer service to patrons.

Our shows run Thursday through Sunday two weekends per month. Hours during show nights would typically run from 6:30 pm - 10:30 pm. Show dates are: 5/14-17, 5/21-24, 6/18-21, 6/25-28, 7/23-26, 7/30-8/2, 8/27-30, 9/3-6. Additional days may also be needed to re-stock the box office inventory leading up to the start of our next show. Please list any evenings you would not be available during these dates.*

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I’m excited to be part of the Maplewood Barn team! I understand that theatre activities may include physical work, tools, moving sets, stage lights, boxes, and outdoor elements that carry some risks. By joining in, I accept those risks and agree to take care of my own safety. I release Maplewood Barn, the production team, and volunteers from any claims related to injury or loss during my participation, except in cases of serious negligence. I also authorize emergency medical care if needed and will be responsible for any costs.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I’m happy to be part of Maplewood Barn team! I give permission for photos, videos, and other media of me taken during theatre activities to be used by Maplewood Barn for promotions and social media. I understand there’s no payment or approval needed for this use.
I represent and warrant to Maplewood Barn Community Theatre that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age, and I have full right, power, and authority to enter into the above Agreements and grant the rights granted hereunder.
