  • After the success of last summer, we are excited to offer our Half-Day Camp Options again but for 2 weeks this summer!

    Families can choose one half-day camp (morning or afternoon) or combine a morning and afternoon option to create a full day that fits their child’s interests and schedule. Each week offers six different camp options for grades 1 - 5 (as of September 2026).  We are excited to continue our partnership with Peak Dance to bring you dance in both AM and PM options.

    Each morning and afternoon session begins and ends with a large-group gathering, bringing all campers together for games, connection, and shared fun before heading into their smaller camp options. This gives kids the best of both worlds: choice and flexibility, plus a strong sense of community.

  • AM & PM OPTIONS

  • WHEN: August 10 - August 14 
    WHERE: Central Niagara [680 York Rd]
    WHO: Grade 1 - Grade 5 [as of Sept 2026]
    COST: $100/child for each AM & PM selection

    AM options 9 am - 12:30 pm: Art Camp - Explore creativity with painting, drawing, and sculpting; Soccer Camp - Develop indoor soccer skills with fun and teamwork; Dance Camp (Acro and Musical Theatre) - Build confidence and learn dance styles.

    PM options 12:30 pm - 4 pm: STEM Camp - Engage in hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math activities; Dance Camp (Hiphop & Jazz) - Build confidence and learn dance styles.

  • FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

  • Our summer camps are supported by generous community donors who help ensure that every child has the opportunity to attend camp. Families requesting financial assistance are asked to contribute what they can toward the cost of camp, while recognizing that full payment may not be possible. All requests are reviewed carefully, and support is provided based on need.

  • REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

  •  There is a $10 discount for additional children/siblings.  A discount will be applied automatically during checkout!

    Please note that we DO NOT offer before and after-care for campers.

    Once registration is complete and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email.

    Please expect a Parent Handbook to be emailed two weeks before the camp begins.

    If registration is full, you will be directed to join our waitlist. 

    PAYMENT AND REFUND INFORMATION

    Full payment is required during registration.  To receive a full refund you must contact us at accounting@communitycrew.ca 20 days before the camp start date.  (Final date for refund Half Day Camps on August 10 - 14 is July 21, 2026)

  • CAMP LIABLITY FORM

  • By registering for this camp, I acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the camp liability agreement. I understand the risks involved and release the camp organizers from any liability.
  • 1. Acknowledgement of Risk
    I understand that participation in Community Crew Summer Camp activities may include sports, games, outdoor play, group activities, field trips, and other recreational programming. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including the possibility of personal injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen harm. I voluntarily choose to allow my child to participate, fully understanding and accepting these risks.

    2. Health Declaration
    · My child is in good physical and emotional health to participate in camp activities.

    · My child has no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.

    · If my child has any medical needs, allergies, disabilities, or conditions that may affect participation, I will provide full written details to the Camp Director prior to attendance.

    · I will obtain medical approval where necessary.

    · I will notify the Camp Director if my child has been exposed to any infectious illness in the week prior to camp.

    3. Assumption of Risk
    I freely accept and fully assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

    · Minor or serious injury

    · Illness

    · Property damage

    · Emergency situations requiring medical care

    4. First Aid & Emergency Medical Consent
    · I authorize Community Crew staff and volunteers to provide basic first aid if required.

    · Every effort will be made to contact the parent/guardian in the event of a medical emergency.

    · If contact cannot be made, or delay would risk my child’s health, I authorize Community Crew to obtain emergency medical treatment, including transportation and hospital care.

    · I understand that I am responsible for any associated medical costs.

    5. Medication Authorization
    · I will provide any required prescription or over-the-counter medication in original packaging.

    · I will provide written instructions for administering the medication.

    · I authorize designated staff to administer medication as directed.

    6. Release of Liability & Indemnification
    · Release, waive, and discharge Community Crew, its directors, officers, employees, staff, volunteers, representatives, agents, and affiliates from all claims or liability arising from participation.

    · Indemnify and hold harmless Community Crew and its representatives from any loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from my child’s participation or related medical treatment.

    7. Agreement & Governing Law
    · This document represents the full agreement between myself and Community Crew.

    · It is binding on my heirs and legal representatives.

    · It is governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.

    · If any section is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

    8. Parent/Guardian Confirmation
    I confirm that I have read and understood this agreement and am voluntarily signing on behalf of my child. I understand I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue. I acknowledge that my child is expected to follow camp rules, behave respectfully, and support a safe and inclusive environment. Behaviours such as bullying, aggression, repeated disruption, or refusal to follow safety instructions may result in parent contact, temporary removal from activities, or dismissal from camp without refund.

    I understand and agree to the camp’s payment and refund policies. All fees must be paid in full prior to attendance. Cancellations made 20 days or more before the first day of camp will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 20 days of the camp start date.
