PDS New Driver Program North Classroom and Behind the Wheel Registration Form
Professional Driving Systems New Driver Program consists of twelve (12) two hour classes, totaling twenty-four (24) unit hours and eight hours of practical driving instruction (behind the wheel) based on the “Ohio Driver Training Curriculum”.
Classroom Portion June 1-6, 2026:

Monday- Friday 4:30-8:45pm & Saturday 9:00am-1:15pm Location: Newton Field House 201 Long St. Pleasant Hill, OH 45359
PDS North Classroom and Behind the Wheel Training is a SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY. You must meet the following requirements:

Must live in Miami County.

Must be between the ages of 15 1/2 -18 years old by May 11, 2026.

Must have temporary permit then 10 hours of legal driving time (documented on state driving log) prior to June 1, 2026.

If you fail to meet the requirements, your registration will be denied.
Prior to completing the registration form, please gather/prepare the following:

o   File or still photo/screen shot of the student’s valid temporary permit. (may be submitted just prior to class start date)

o   File or still photo/screen shot of student’s updated driving log. The student should have a minimum of 10 hours prior to the first classroom session. (may be submitted just prior to class start date)

o   Credit card for the non-refundable payment to complete the registration. There is a 3.25% fee that will be assessed by the credit card company.

Upon completion of this registration form, you will receive an email confirming your registration within 7 business days.
Be aware that the sessions fill very quickly. If the form says "Form Is Disabled" or stays on "Please Wait" the session you are trying to register for has filled and your registration will not submit.

The New Driver Program includes the Classroom Portion and will be held at: Newton Field House 201 Long St. Pleasant Hill, OH 45359 and the Behind the Wheel portion that will be at a designated location in Miami County determined by the instructor.

The 1 hour Additional Training is also at a designated location in Miami County determined by the instructor.

However, The SKID Training is at the PDS SKID Control Training Location at 706 Capstone Dr. Miamisburg, Ohio 45342.

In the event neither parent can be contacted, I hereby authorize Professional Driving Systems or their designee to provide emergency medical care for my child when, such medical care will be for the best interest of the child and should not be delayed. I understand that Professional Driving Systems has insurance which pays for medical costs that might be incurred as a result of a traffic crash in our car.
