PHOTO AND IMAGE RELEASE FORM (REQUIRED): I, the parent or legal guardian of the above mentioned child, grant TRUST YOUR GUT PRODUCTIONS (Producer) my permission to use the photographs described as TRUST YOUR GUT PRODUCTIONS' 2025 SUMMER ACADEMY CLASS, REHEARSAL, & PRODUCTION PHOTOS for any legal use including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee, nor other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. I understand that I may request digital copies of all photos of my child from Producer for my own personal use, and agree to cite photographer (should one be credited) and Producer on all postings including social media, website, and print.*
