Sigma Legacy Fund - 2026 Scholarship Application Form

Scholarship Criteria

• Must be HS senior • Demonstrate financial need • At least 2.5 cumulative GPA • Must be Wisconsin resident & US citizen • Plans to enroll in 2yr college or 4yr university for fall 2026
Scholarship Instructions
- Completed Scholarship Application no later than APRIL 30, 2026, 11:59PM.
- A personal statement (two-three, double-spaced typed pages). Please address items listed below.
  - Professional goals
  - Your plans to give back to the community once degree is obtained
  - High school achievements (including extracurricular activities)
  - Community service
- Two letters of recommendation signed but not dated prior to January 1, 2026.
  - These letters are to be obtained from individuals who can endorse your application and comment on your academic performance, academic promise, and your character.
  - Recommendations may be obtained from your high school principal, guidance counselor, teacher, and minister or community service representative.
  - At least one recommendation must be from a school staff member.
  - ALL letters of recommendations MUST be on company letterhead.
- Official High School Transcript is required (ACT/SAT scores optional).
