Eligibility requirements: High school seniors who currently reside in Laurel/Jones County area, has satisfied all high school graduation requirements, and plan to enroll in a junior college or university for the 2026 summer/fall semester.
Application along with additional required documents (i.e., photo and official transcripts) must be submitted by 11:59PM CST on MONDAY, APRIL 13, 2026.
Please note that your application IS NOT considered complete and will be denied unless we receive all application materials
Required Document Checklist:
- Completed application with an electronic or written signature.
- Personal Statement (250-500 words)
- Three Letters of Recommendation written by individuals not related to you.
- Counselor (containing applicant’s GPA and ACT scores with signature)
- Teacher or administrator
- Community leader, church member employer, etc.
- Official transcript signed by counselor
- 3x5 photo (please, no selfies)
- Resume
