ANNUAL Safety Gear Self-Tech Form
All Drivers competing with Zenith Racing Series in 2026 must complete the self-tech safety gear questionnaire. This form must be completed prior to arriving to Tech at your first event: Drivers will have their helmet and Hans device checked in person, as well as checked that this form has been completed. Please note: Drivers are expected to wear the safety gear stated on this form, or inform the Series if any changes occur over the season.
