Registration is now open for the 2026 Fall Soccer Season! We are excited to welcome players of all skill levels to a fun, competitive, and development-focused program. Our goal is to foster each child’s love of the game while building skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a positive environment. Please review the information below carefully before completing registration, as it outlines division placement, participation requirements, and important league policies for the upcoming season.

Please make sure to complete all information for each player you registering. Missing information will cause delays in processing your forms.

REGISTRATION FEES & FUNDRAISING OPTIONS

Please review the options below and select the choices that apply to your family. Registration fees are per player. All families are required to participate in fundraising unless a fundraising buyout is selected during registration.
Player Registration Fees
Player Fees:
- First Player - $35.00
- Second Player - $30.00
- Each Additional Player - $25.00
Fundraising Requirement
All families are expected to participate in league fundraising activities during the season. If you prefer not to participate, you may select the Fundraising Buyout option during registration.

Buyout Option Fees:
- Buyout for One Child - $45.00
- Buyout for Multiple Children (2 or more) - $90.00
Important Notes for Parents
Registration fees are required for each player.
Buyout fees must be paid at the time of registration.
Families who do not select the buyout are expected to participate in fundraising activities.

Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment, Waiver, and Media Release

This registration form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian for all minor participants.

By submitting this registration, I acknowledge and agree that I and the registrant will abide by all rules, policies, and codes of conduct established by WVSA, EPYSA, and their affiliated organizations, leagues, and sponsors.

I understand that participation in soccer involves inherent risks of physical injury. In consideration of the registrant being permitted to participate in WVSA and EPYSA programs, events, practices, games, and related activities (the “Programs”), I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless WVSA, EPYSA, their affiliated organizations and sponsors, officers, directors, volunteers, coaches, employees, referees, and agents, as well as owners and lessors of fields and facilities used for the Programs, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the registrant’s participation in the Programs, including travel to and from activities, which transportation I hereby authorize.

I further acknowledge and agree that WVSA may photograph or record participants during practices, games, or other WVSA activities. By registering, I grant permission for WVSA to use photographs, video recordings, and other media of the registrant for league-related purposes, including but not limited to the WVSA website, social media platforms, promotional materials, and team photos. This permission will remain in effect unless WVSA receives written notice from the parent or guardian revoking consent.

I acknowledge and agree that I and the registrant will comply with WVSA’s Code of Conduct and zero-tolerance policy. Verbal or physical abuse of players, referees, coaches, officials, or spectators will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including removal from games, suspension, or dismissal from the program without refund.

I understand that registration fees, fundraising buyouts, and other program costs are non-refundable once the season begins on July 1, except as determined by WVSA. No refunds will be issued for missed practices, games, or voluntary withdrawal from the program.

By submitting this registration, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the registrant and that I have read, understand, and agree to all policies, waivers, releases, and acknowledgments contained in this form. Submission of this form constitutes my electronic signature.
