    We have provided information about the conference on our website.

    We appreciate your time and attention to this proposal. AEE workshop presenters are volunteers who are not compensated for their workshops and therefore, we are grateful that you are willing to share your knowledge with this community. Our expectation is that these workshops will be of high quality and will bring new ideas, provide new perspectives on existing ideas or provide opportunites to explore ideas in a unique way.

  • Workshop theme

    The workshop theme(s) are used to categorize proposals for reviewers and will be available to conference attendees so they may select workshops that best fit their learning needs.
  • Room Requests

    We will have a variety of rooms available. The information you provide is utilized by the conference organizers to assign you with the best space available to meet your workshop needs. Requests do not guarantee you will receive a specific space but we will try our best.
  • Agreements

    Please read through the following agreements carefully. If you cannot agree to any of these, your workshop may not be considered. Please contact aee.workshops@gmail.com with any questions.

To this end, we ask all of our members, volunteers, presenters and attendees to agree with the AEE IDEA Statement and to follow the Code of Conduct while attending the conference.

  • Workshop Mentor

    Please let us know if you would be willing to be a mentor to a first-time AEE workshop presenter. As a workshop mentor, you are agreeing to meet with your mentee at least once before the International Conference to offer advice, go over their presentation plans and/or answer questions.
  • Once again, thank you for this proposal. You will be notified regarding your proposal submission on or shortly after Friday, June 12th. 

    AEE has resources available on presentation accesilbility, trauma-informed practices, and more for you to review before the conference on our website.

  • Should be Empty:
