Bee U NYC Urban Beekeeping Fellowship Application
Thank you for your interest in the Bee U NYC Urban Beekeeping Fellowship! Our flagship, paid, cohort-based program is designed for young people ages 16–24 who are curious about the environment, excited by hands-on learning, and ready to grow as leaders. Over three months, Fellows work directly with live honey bee colonies, explore environmental justice and climate issues across New York City, build professional and leadership skills, and gain exposure to green career pathways, all while receiving a stipend to ensure access. We are seeking committed, open-minded, and community-oriented young people who are eager to learn, collaborate, and challenge themselves. No prior beekeeping experience is required, just curiosity, accountability, and a willingness to show up and grow

Are you committed and available for all 11 weekend sessions of the Urban Beekeeping Fellowship?
