I give Sheppey United FC permission to take photos/videos of my child.

In the event that my child is injured whilst playing football/travelling to and from football events and I cannot be contacted, I consent for my child to receive medical attention and treatment.
Monthly Subscriptions
Please note, monthly subs will be paid for 11 months of the year from July 2026, with June 2027 being an off month.

Monthly subs must be paid as close to the 1st of the month as possible.

Please use your child's age group and name as the reference.

If you have two or more months subs outstanding, your child will no longer be eligible to play football at our club, until payment is made. Panrets/carers facing financial difficulty are encouraged to speak with their coaches, so support can be sought from the Club Treasurer.
I can confirm that a monthly standing order has been set up for the appropriate amount, starting from 1st July 2026.
I understand that if I miss two months worth of subs my child will no longer be able to play for their team until payment has been made.

Parent/Carer Volunteering & Skills
Sheppey United Youth relies on the support of parents and carers to help deliver a positive football experience for all players. Throughout the season, we require volunteers to assist with areas such as matchday set-up and pack-down, tournaments and events, fundraising, first aid, team administration, media support and general club activities.
Are you willing to volunteer some time to support the Youth Section during the season?
