    featuring classic cars, aircraft displays, a possible dynamic air show, and a fun family zone for kids!

  • Car Show Exhibitor Rules & Regulations

  • 1. There is no rain out date for this event. 

     

    2. SCORE SHEETS - Score sheets will not be given out or shown after the show. Judges will answer questions exhibitors may have, but inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • 3. ENTRANCE - Address for event is 305 Airport Rd. Please enter onto Airport Rd from W. Kingshighway. Someone will be waiting at the gate to check you in.
  • 4. SETUP: Setup begins at 11:00 AM and must be completed by 12:30 PM. Spaces will be marked off and will be available on a first come first serve basis. Due to heavy pedestrian traffic, there will be NO vehicular movement during the hours of 1:00 PM–4:00 PM.
  • 5. DISPLAY GUIDELINES - NO loud music is allowed from the exhibitor's display. Any display with objectionable music, videos, art, or other media is not permitted and will be removed from the show. The Show reserves the right to determine what is considered objectionable. "Promotional" items within the display area are not allowed. No trailers or tents are allowed in the car show exhibit area.
  • 6. INFORMATION SHEETS - Although not required, it is recommended that an information sheet be provided that lists all modifications made on vehicle.
  • 7. SALES - No items, of any kind, shall be sold or distributed.
  • 8. END OF SHOW-Starting the engine or moving the vehicle is strictly forbidden until after the public has cleared the area (estimated 4:15 PM). This safety rule will be enforced to protect the audience and children. Violators will be disqualified and/or possibly banned from future events.
  • 9. DISQUALIFICATION/REMOVAL - Any exhibitor who fails to follow the written rules and regulations or verbal instructions from the event staff is subject to disqualification and removal from the event. This also includes unsportsmanlike behavior, excessive profanity, disorderly conduct or anything else deemed inappropriate by the event staff.
  • 10. RESPONSIBILITY - Neither the Show, nor judges will be responsible for damage, injuries, accidents, stolen or misplaced goods. Insurance is vehicle owner's responsibility. Public liability and property damage insurance must adequately cover all vehicles. No refunds will be made for inclement weather or other acts of God over which the organizers have no control and the risk of loss as such, shall be borne by the exhibitor.
  • The deadline for registration is April 30, 2026. By signing the registration form, exhibitor hereby requests permission to display his/her vehicle as listed on the form and acknowledges he/she has read and understands the attached Exhibitor Rules & Regulations. Further, the organizers reserves the right to approve or deny any registration received. Exhibitor acknowledges that the Show is subject to various weather conditions and state and federal safety regulations. No refunds will be given. Exhibits must remain open until all trophies have been awarded.
