    DIGITAL - Pick 15 Games

    • Tickets are issued via Account Manager and can be added to your smartphone's digital wallet.
    • Skills Competition ticket will be issued via Account Manager
    • Giveaway vouchers are printed and must be picked up from Dawgs office
    • Tickets can be transferred to other fans using Account Manager

    DIGITAL - Undated Vouchers

    • Vouchers are issued via Account Manager and can be exchanged online in Account Manager at your convenience. Once vouchers have been exchanged for an actual game ticket, tickets may be added to your smartphone's digital wallet or transferred to another fan. 
    • Digital vouchers may only be exchanged online; there is not an in-person redemption option. 
    • Skills Competition ticket will be issued via Account Manager
    • Giveaway vouchers are printed and must be picked up from Dawgs office
    • This is the default option for all accounts renewed/purchased after August 7, 2026

    PRINTED INDIVIDUALLY - Pick 15 Games or Undated Vouchers

    • All tickets and/or vouchers giveaways printed on individual ticket stock. This includes vouchers, giveaway vouchers and Skills Competition ticket. 
    • If you have selected "Pick 15 Games" you will still be able to manage your tickets and transfer them to other fans via Account Manager
    • If you selected "Undated Vouchers" these must be redeemed for specific games through Berglund Center box office. Please note that the box office began limited hours during the 25-26 season. There is not an online redemption option for printed vouchers.
    • Accounts renewed/purchased after August 7, 2026 may request this the "printed" option however the default is digital.

  • PAYMENT

  • Please note that a nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required to secured your account. This amount is credited to your total balance. If you pay in full, $100 of your payment will be considered your non-refundable deposit in the event you need a refund at a later date.

    NEW FOR 2026-2027: If you are paying with a card, you will manually add your own card to the first invoice you receive via email. This applies to pay in full and payment plan accounts. Your card may then be saved to your account for monthly invoices and playoff packages. 

    Payment Plan Info:

    • Payments will occur the 15th of each month (Now through October 2026) Our staff reviews each form submission manually, if your submission is close to the 15th your payments will likely begin the following month.
    • You must link a card for automatic monthly payments
    • Your $100 non-refundable deposit will be run as soon as possible; this will not be added to your monthly payment amount.

    If the actual amount is MORE than what is estimated below for your monthly invoices, our staff will contact you BEFORE any transactions occur. If you are paying with cash or check, please wait for us to confirm your balance before making payment.
