This Women’s History Month, Black Girls Behind Music honors the Black women whose work continues to shape the music industry. From marketing campaigns and artist rollouts to touring, publishing, production, sync, A&R, and executive leadership, Black women are contributing at every level. Too often, their names aren’t amplified with the visibility they deserve.

You may submit:

• Yourself and the work you’ve contributed to
• Another Black Woman in music whose impact deserves recognition

Selected submissions will be featured across BGBM platforms and included in the 2026 Black Girls Behind Music Directory.
