IMAGIMASKS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. GENERAL TERMS

• Artistic Integrity: Every build is a handcrafted, one-of-a-kind specimen; natural variations in weathering and texture are hallmarks of the process.

• Design Finality: Artifact upgrades or design changes requested after fabrication begins may require a separate quote.

• Safety & Use: Artifacts are built for con-safety and high-detail display; they are not intended for use as protective equipment.

• Intellectual Property/Photos: ImagiMasks reserves the right to use photos of the process/completed build for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a 'Private Commission' fee is negotiated upfront.

• Measurement Responsibility: ImagiMasks is not responsible for fitment issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the client during the Manifestation Protocol.  

• Non-Refundable Policy: To account for custom material costs and dedicated labor hours, the 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable upon payment

II. PAYMENT STRUCTURE

• Queue Placement: Payment secures your rank in the fabrication queue; production begins upon receipt and follows the Master Schedule

• Tier 1–3 (Accessory to Hero): A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rank in the fabrication queue.

• Tier 4–5 (Anomalies & Total Conversions): Due to advanced engineering, complexity, and material scale, 75% of payment is required upfront to initiate the build. (Deposit % scalable based on budget/complexity)

• Tier 5 Perks: To ensure a complete manifestation, Tier 5 builds are granted one (1) Small-Scale Prop at no additional cost. Clients may choose to upgrade this to a singular Large-Scale Artifact, or retain the small-scale path and receive two (2) separate Character Props

• Payment Priority: You may choose to pay 100% upfront for any tier to secure your commission immediately.

• Artifact Add-ons: Custom weapons and props are quoted separately based on engineering complexity.

III. LOGISTICS AND DEPLOYMENT 

• Signature Display Box: Included with every build for presentation and light protection.

• The Vault: A hard-shell travel case upgrade is available for heavy-duty transit and long-term security.

• Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated based on choice of packaging and destination; weight and dimensions will impact final rates.

• Shipping Insurance: All builds are shipped with standard insurance. ImagiMasks is not responsible for courier delays or damage once the item has been deployed from the studio; however, we WILL assist in filing any necessary claims.

IV. THE DECOMMISSIONING PROTOCOL

• The 6-Month Settlement: For split payments, the final balance must be settled within six (6) months of project completion.

• Post-Completion Storage: Completed builds are stored for 30 days at no cost. Beyond 30 days, a weekly storage fee may apply until the balance is settled and the item is shipped.

• Forfeiture and Reclaimation: Failure to settle a final balance within six (6) months of completion results in the forfeiture of the deposit and the build; Unpaid builds will be reclaimed by ImagiMasks for resale or archive.

•The Manifestation Termination: In the event of project cancellation by the client prior to completion, the 50% deposit remains non-refundable to cover materials and labor already expended.

V. READY-TO-SHIP PROTOCOL

• As-Is Acquisition: Items in this catalog are completed relics. No further modifications, repaints, or structural changes can be made after purchase.

• Full Payment: Unlike commissions, Ready-to-Ship items require 100% payment upfront to initiate the deployment process.

•Media and Heritage Rights: ImagiMasks retains the right to use all studio photography and process media of Ready-to-Ship items for archival and marketing purposes. Purchase of a physical relic does not transfer intellectual property or design rights to the claimant.

• Shipping Liability: Signature Display Boxes are decorative. While we ensure professional packing, Imagi-Masks is not liable for carrier damage to the display box itself. For guaranteed transit security, The Vault Upgrade is the required standard.

• Prop Manifestation: When selecting the Vault Upgrade, the included prop is a 'Standard Scale' build. Any requests for 'Oversized' or complex 'Mechanical' props will be subject to a secondary engineering fee and may extend the deployment date.

•Deployment Protocol: To maintain ImagiMasks’ fabrication standards while managing the Master Schedule, shipping windows are determined by the complexity of your selected loadout:
• Standard Artifacts (Signature Packaging): 72-hour deployment.
• Surprise Asset Bundles: 3–5 business day deployment.
• Vault Upgrades: 5–7 business day deployment.

Note: Deployment reflects the date the relic leaves the studio. ImagiMasks is not responsible for carrier-side delays once the tracking number is generated.
