Reschedule: Move an existing appointment to a different date
Cancel: Take an existing appointment off of the schedule completly
No Call No Show: A client who does not arrive to their scheduled appointment and did not communicate that.

As per the deposit policy you agreed to when you filled out the appointment request form, the following will apply:
Reschedules: You are allowed ONE reschedule per deposit. As long as at least 72 hours notice is given your deposit will remain intact. This form will count as notice.
If notice is given less than 72 hours for any reason or this is the second request for a reschedule a new deposit will be required before you will be rescheduled. I will send an invoice for the new deposit and new dates will be offered.
Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment without rescheduling this forfeits your deposit automatically. Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. If you want to resume working with me in the future on this tattoo or a different project, we will just start the process over by filling out a new "Appointment Request form". Seriously, no big deal. I will look forward to working with you when getting tattooed fits within your life.
No Call No Show: If you fail to notify me and you do not show up for your consultation or tattoo appointment, your deposit will be forfeited automatically. Additionally you will be banned from booking with me in the future. Please dont be embarassed if you have to reschedule or cancel-I prefer the heads up. I, however, do not tolerate clients who do not respect my time
