This request form is only for touch ups on tattoos that Erin originally performed.

Touch ups are free as long as they are requested within 10 months of the original tattoo date.

Erin likes to give the original tattoo 6 to 8 weeks to heal fully before going back into the skin for a touch up. You can schedule your touch up before this time, and Erin will just offer dates in the future so the tattoo has time to heal.

Erin will touch up other artists' work or her own work that is older than 10 months, however, this service will have to be paid. Please fill out an "Appointment Request Form".
