MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
IdleWilde Refuge
Private Membership Association
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into voluntarily between the undersigned Member and IdleWilde Refuge, a Private Membership Association (“the Association”).
By signing electronically and completing payment, the Member affirms understanding and agreement to the following terms:
1. Nature of the Association
IdleWilde Refuge operates as a Private Membership Association under the right of private contract and freedom of association.
The Association is not a public commercial enterprise and does not offer services to the general public.
Participation is private and by agreement only.
2. Voluntary Entry
I voluntarily seek membership and enter into private agreement with the Association.
3. Purpose of Membership
The Association provides a structured and private environment for contemplative spiritual inquiry and personal exploration.
Membership may include:
• Monthly structured releases (“The Spark”)
• Educational and reflective materials
• Access to a private member library
• Community dialogue
• Direct correspondence with the Founder
All materials are educational and contemplative in nature.
4. Personal Responsibility
I accept full responsibility for my participation.
The Association does not provide medical, legal, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice.
5. Privacy and Conduct
I agree to conduct myself with discretion and respect toward other members.
I understand that materials and communications within the Association are private and not intended for public distribution.
6. Governance
I acknowledge that IdleWilde Refuge is privately stewarded by its Founder.
Governance authority rests solely with the Founder.
Membership may be granted, denied, suspended, or revoked at the discretion of the Association in order to maintain structure and integrity.
7. Membership & Payment
Membership may be entered in one of the following forms:
Continuing Membership — a recurring monthly subscription renewing automatically until cancelled.
Single-Month Enrollment — a non-renewing 30-day membership term.
Members selecting Continuing Membership authorize recurring billing.
Members selecting Single-Month Enrollment understand access concludes at the end of the paid term unless renewed.
Cancellation procedures are outlined at the time of enrollment.
8. No Public Offering
Membership constitutes private agreement and is not a public offering.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Association and its Founder shall not be liable for claims arising from participation.
10. Agreement Affirmation
By signing electronically and completing payment, I affirm that:
• I have read this Agreement in full.
• I understand its terms.
• I voluntarily enter into membership with IdleWilde Refuge.
