Each stall will be required to bring their own gazebo, weights, tables and Cchairs
There is no access to electricity. A water tap is available for you to fill your containers

Please check carefully how much space you need as no alterations can be made on the day. If you don't pay for the right size of pitch and expect extra space on the day, we won't be able to accommodate you.

These Terms and Conditions form part of the contract between Babbacombe Fayre and Exhibitors.

We are committed to reducing waste and the impact on our environment. T he Government announced a ban on a wide range of plastic items that came into effect from 1 October 2023. The ban includes all single use plastic cutlery, trays, plates, bowls, and balloon sticks, as well as certain types of polystyrene cups and food containers. This ban applies to retailers, takeaways, food vendors and the hospitality industry as well as over the counter sales.
The ban includes the supply of items by businesses from new and existing stock and covers all types of single-use plastic - including biodegradable, compostable, recycled and items wholly or partly made from plastic, including coating or lining.

Babbacombe Fayre would like to add plastic straws to the list of banned items. Please only use items made from renewable sources like bamboo, wood or paper.
