2026 Service Provider of the Year

This award recognises an individual who delivers outstanding value to corporate real estate clients as a service provider. The recipient demonstrates excellence through client outcomes, organisational alignment, operational impact, leadership, and innovation; regardless of role type, business size or revenue model.

Eligibility Criteria

• Eligible professionals serve corporate real estate end users/ occupiers in professional disciplines such as project, facilities, or property management, design, engineering, construction, and other advisory services, or complementary services that directly impact the built environment.
• Must work and reside in the CoreNet Global Australia region.
• Must be a CoreNet Global member or an employee of a sponsor company in good standing.
• Last year’s individual category winner is ineligible for this year’s award.
• Executives of CoreNet Global Australia are exempt from submitting nominations for this award.
• If the award sponsor chooses to write a feature article on the winner, we kindly ask that you make yourself available at a mutually convenient time.
• Judges will assess submissions based on impact and outcomes relative to role scope, organisation size, and area of responsibility, not transaction volume or revenue alone.

Timeline

• Wednesday 4 March 2026 - nominations open
• Friday 29 May 2026 - nominations close
• Tuesday 18 August 2026 - Australian winner announced at CNGAU REawards function, the night prior to the annual conference

Client Outcomes (1000 words max - 50% weighting)

Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver strong outcomes for clients   Examples may include (but are not limited to):

• Improved business performance, efficiency or risk management
• Successful delivery of complex transactions, projects or operational programs
• Cost savings, revenue protection or value creation
• Measurable improvements in satisfaction, service quality or decision-making
• Provide tangible examples

Industry Contribution and Leadership (400 words max - 30% weighting)

Demonstrated leadership that advances teams, organisations, addressing ESG or the corporate real estate industry. This may include:

• Strategic leadership or operational excellence
• Process or technology improvements
• Thought leadership, innovation, or industry involvement
• Leading change within an organisation or across the sector
• Active involvement in the community and/or CoreNet Chapter.
• Measurable environmental, social, or organisational outcomes

Professional Development & Mentorship (250 words max - 20% weighting)

Demonstrated commitment to fostering professional growth and advancement, including specific examples of mentoring, coaching, capability building, and advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) within your organisation, the broader industry, or the CoreNet community.
