Thank you for your interest in having at stall at Trinity Spring Fayre, taking place on Saturday 18th April from 10am to 2pm.

To apply for a stall, please complete the form below. We'll be in touch shortly to confirm your place. To help maintain a good variety of stalls, applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis, with consideration given to avoiding too much duplication in stall offerings.

Please note, all stallholders must have public liability insurance. There is a section in this form where you can upload a picture of your PLI certificate, alternatively, please email a copy to trinityfayres@wearebs15.co.uk 

Please note, we are unable to accept stallholders offering cakes/baked goods, plants and tombola as we wil be running these stalls to raise funds for Trinity Food Garden.

Stalls are available both indoors and outdoors.

Indoor Stalls £10 per pitch

• 6ft trestle table and two chairs provided.
• Min 7ft x 4ft pitch.

Outdoor stalls £10 per pitch

• 6ft trestle table and two chairs provided.
• 3m x 3m pitch.
• You may bring your own gazebo. Please bring sides and weights in case of adverse weather.
• Alternatively, you can hire a gazebo from us for £10. We will provide, set up, and secure the gazebo ready for your arrival.
