A block of rooms has been reserved at the discounted rate of $325.00. To book the room that best accommodates your needs, please call Boar's Head Reservations Department at (866) 996-7504 from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday-Friday or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday-Sunday for assistance and reference Virginia Radiology Society Annual Meeting. You may also reserve on-line HERE. There is a two-night minimum stay requirement.

Book your room early! The room block expires on July 10, 2026 but rooms may sell out before then.
REMINDERS
Cancellation policy: Full refund (less $10 admin fee) 14 days prior to the event date. 50% refund (less $10 admin fee) 5-14 days prior to the event. No refund 5 days or less prior to the meeting. Online convenience fees are non refundable.
