TURNAROUND TIME: Turnaround begins only after payment and all required project details are received and does not include weekends or holidays.
COMMUNICATION (BUSINESS HOURS): Responses are sent Monday–Friday from 12PM–8PM only; JTDezignLab is closed on weekends and holidays.
CANCELLATIONS & PROJECT CHANGES: Once a project has started it cannot be canceled, and major changes to the original direction will require additional fees.
