Our vendor marketplace is curated to prioritize Black-owned and Black-led businesses. If your business is not Black-owned or Black-led and you’d like to participate, please email us about sponsorship or partnership options.

STEP 2: REQUIRED VENDOR INFORMATION

Completion of this GRINDfest 2026 VENDOR AGREEMENT, payment in full, and the following items are required before vendor participation can be confirmed. Vendor participation is limited and considered in order of application. To be included, vendors must submit a high-resolution (300 ppi) PDF, EPS, JPG, or PNG file of logo, headshot, and a copy of their Certificate of Insurance naming Black Wall Street Asheville as additionally insured.

Additionally, by signing this GRINDfest 2026 VENDOR AGREEMENT, the Vendor agrees to the following Release & Indemnity: Vendor hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Wall Street Asheville, including their officers, employees and agents, individually and collectively, for (a) any and all damages to Vendors property; (b) any and all claims, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, taxes, cost and expenses, caused by the intentional, negligent, willful or reckless conduct or willful failure to act (including without limitation, misrepresentation, fraud, willful misconduct) of Vendor; (c) any and all claims, potential claims, causes of action or judgments for death or injury to persons or property caused by the intentional acts, negligent acts or omissions by Vendor. In addition, the Vendor shall defend and pay any and all costs associated with said defense, including reasonable attorney fees, of Black Wall Street Asheville, including their officers, employees, and agents, individually and collectively, in any suit or action brought against Black Wall Street Asheville including their officers, employees, and agents, individually and collectively, for any claim, loss, injury and/or debt which is caused by the Vendor intentional, negligence or willful misconduct.
